2. What GlocalPin is

A geospatial visualisation tool for marketplace operators. Connect CSV data sources, visualise them on an interactive map. Provided free of charge.

3. Acceptance & Account

By using GlocalPin you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may suspend or terminate your account at any time. You may delete your account at any time via your profile.

4. Your data and responsibilities

• You retain ownership of all data you bring to GlocalPin.
• You are responsible for having the right to use and process any data you connect.
• You are responsible for the security of the CSV URLs you provide — anyone with the URL can access the data behind it.
• You must not connect data you are not authorised to access or process.
• You are legally responsible for your content. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Operator from any claims, damages, or legal fees arising from your content or use of the Service.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use GlocalPin to violate any applicable law, process data without appropriate legal basis, attempt unauthorised access to the service or other users' data, or impair the service.

6. AI features

The AI chat is experimental and provided as-is. Responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. Do not rely on AI outputs for business-critical decisions. GlocalPin accepts no liability for decisions made based on AI-generated content.

7. No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GlocalPin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, revenue, or profits. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim shall not exceed €100.

9. Availability

We do not guarantee specific uptime. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

10. Changes to these terms

We will notify registered users by email of material changes. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Málaga, Spain.
